Fuck this shit!

All I want to do is download game 5 of the NBA finals, and I can't do it. Been trying and refreshing for hours, and nothing.

Torrents don't work with my ISP. Tried a bunch of times over the past couple years, but I can never manage to download a file at a speed greater than 25kb/s (yes, you read that correctly).

I can only find 1 website with normal file-hosting links, but for whatever reason, the one host they usually use (that I got games 1-4 from), they decide not to use. The only version I can download is in fucking Spanish.

Last season they went 17-65!!!!

On March 28, the Knicks set a new franchise-record 60 losses in a season, finishing at 65. The Knicks missed the playoffs for 2nd straight year. This particular season has been commonly referred to as the worst season in Knicks history.

I always hear good things about Great Wolf Lodge. Didn't know they had a water park. Those are always fun.

I was curious how Tomorrowland did at the box office. I guess it is safe to say that shit bombed like ...... a movie that did poorly in the box office. According to Box Office Mofo, it didn't even make back its budget. A little over $11M short. LOL Suck it, Clooney. Britt Robertson is a cutey.

It was VERY awesome! First time I've ever been to water slides and it was scary the first couple of rounds until I got used to it. This one in particular though I couldn't get used to and made me scream like a little bitch, only rode it twice and said no more:

It's much faster than it appears by the way, the feeling you get on the inside is something else, your organs go up and down much like a roller coaster ride.

FIFA film 'United Passions' lowest-grossing in US box office history

Remember that self-promoting FIFA-financed film that debuted in the United States the same week after Sepp Blatter resigned from his post as president of FIFA?

Well, as expected, 'United Passions' didn't do too well in the box office, receiving a toxic 0 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Most importantly, the $29 million project -- 90 percent of which was reportedly paid for by FIFA itself -- was deemed as the lowest-grossing film in US box office history, hauling in a grand total of just $918 from 10 cinemas across the country during its opening weekend, per the Guardian.

The movie did so poorly that Frederic Auburtin, the director of 'United Passions,' called his film a disaster, asking the public not to make him "the guy responsible for the fact that FIFA is rotten."

"Now I'm seen as bad as the guy who brought Aids to Africa or the guy who caused the financial crisis," Auburtin said. "My name is all over [this mess] and apparently I am a propaganda guy making films for corrupt people."

Auburtin also revealed this other gem: FIFA initially suggested the movie to be titled 'Men of Legend' or 'The Dreammakers.'

Rich stuff, FIFA.

"Can you imagine such a title?" Auburtin asked. "It's nonsense. Then The Dreammakers. Come on."

Tim Roth, who played the role of Sepp Blatter, told reporters he only did the movie to dig himself out of debt, and acknowledged that his role will have his father "turning in his grave"

Really wish Tim Roth would direct another movie.

His 1999 debut The War Zone was amazing, very brutal and honest look at incest. Only saw it once, very tough to watch but still glad I did.

LOL Kimbo Slice just beat Ken Shamrock with a technical knockout. Ken Shamrock talked so much shit. Shamrock had Slice in a full rear naked choke. But he couldnt even choke him out. No power. My god. He had his legs around Slice, too. Slice fought his way out of it and took down Shamrock. Nice.

Talk about two way over the hill fighters, gotta be Bellator still grasping at UFC's discards. Shamrock hasn't been great since the 90s and Slice will never be anything but a joke. Besides his day job was way better, he was porn star security and now I don't know about you but that sounds like a better gig than getting punched in the face. I respect fighters, just saying a choice between the two isn't really a choice for me. Slice has punching power but he's slow as hell and Shamrock hasn't been able to take a punch like he used to in about a decade. I didn't see the fight cause it seems sad and pathetic but people escape the Rear Naked Choke RNC all the time and Shamrock is not the submission master he once was.

I don't typically watch fights but once in a while I do enjoy watching it if I happen to switch on the TV.

The reason I watched this was because my flight from New Orleans on Friday night was cancelled. Delta put me in a Crowne Plaza hotel room overnight. I was channel surfing and happened to flip to Spike. I saw the promo with Slice and Shamrock doing the weigh-in and on a "talk show" of sorts where Shamrock just kept trying to goad Slice into a fight right then and there. Needless to say Shamrock was just being a total prick so I stay tuned just to see what was up. Turns out they were fighting that night. It was not at all what I expected!

The Shamrock Brothers are notorious shit talkers in the industry going back more than 20 years. If you ever want a good laugh go back and watch the Ken Shamrock/Tito Ortiz trilogy which was all shit talking and punches in bunches. Those two bastards were beyond ridiculous. Fighting attracts the wildest and weirdest of personalities to the sport. You never know what kind of lunatic you'll find.

Here’s what happened, according to TMZ: young Anakin, now goatee’d but still looking basically the same, was driving in Charleston, SC, when Sheriff’s deputies began pursuit. It’s not yet clear why the initial pursuit started.

Jake Lloyd, possibly re-living flashbacks of his podrace scene, seems to have gone nuts and started driving recklessly and very fast, passing cars on double-yellows and taking the cops into another county.

Eventually, he lost control of the car, which ran off the road, plowing through a fence and finally stopping after impacting a few trees.
Lloyd is physically okay, but is now in police custody, about to reveal how starring as a child in the worst movie in the Star Wars series can really mess you up for life.

There’s been no official report just yet, but rumor has it that a blood test found an elevated level of midichlorians, way beyond the legal limit.

Netflix Approves 7-For-1 Stock Split

Company shares are up 2.7% in after-hours trading following the announcement of the plan designed to make Netflix shares more affordable to average investors. If the pricing holds tomorrow, then Netflix will hit a new all-time high of nearly $700 a share.

Those who own Netflix on July 2 will receive a dividend, payable on July 14, of six additional shares for each one they own. They will begin to trade on July 15. Purchases made between July 2-July 14 will have a “due bill” entitling them to six additional shares for each one that they buy.

Netflix said in April it planned to split the stock, although it didn’t disclose the ratio. While it doesn’t affect the company’s financial performance, it could make the year’s biggest gainer among the Standard & Poor’s 500 even more popular. The value of Netflix stock has appreciated 99.4% so far in 2015 after it reported earnings that beat expectations and plans to expand to other countries including Italy, Portugal and Spain.

$678 but a 7-1 split means that if you own one $700 share it will become 7 $100 shares after the split. The Netflix stock will drop back down to that range following the split and now you're also holding a lot more shares. It's a nice play.
