According to Latino-Review's @umbertogonzalez, the description below is what we should expect from David Ayer's take on Deadshot in Suicide Squad. Those of you worrying that the character would lose his mask and eye piece in order to keep Will Smith's face on screen needn't worry as the villain will still have a version of both!

It's a great look if they can replicate that in the movie, if not then at least something very close to it.

It looks like we'll be paying a visit to Gotham City and Arkham Asylum in Suicide Squad based on the photo Tweet from director David Ayer. Of course, these files might just be kept in Amanda Waller's office, but it's a cool nod nonetheless. Rumour has it that

There's reportedly, two new additions to David Ayer's Suicide Squad movie.  Actor Scott Eastwood (son of Clint) told the Canadian outlet eTalk that he's been in Toronto for Suicide Squad filming/prep.  This would be a reunion for Eastwood and Ayer as the two previously worked together on Ayer's breakout film,  Fury.  With Eastwood also starring in  Nicholas Sparks adaptation The Longest Ride, it would seem the young actor is poised to soon become a household name and would have a sizable role in Suicide Squad.

As for Raymond Olubowale, a former Heavyweight Boxing Champion of Canada, fans are speculating that he could be playing King Shark in Suicide Squad given his past role as The Axe Man in Sony's Resident Evil franchise.  Whatever his role in the film may be, Olubowale told The Sun that he feels like a kid again on set.  "It’s fantastic, genuinely fantastic.  It’s an opportunity to never grow up. You’re just one big kid playing make-believe and you’re compensated well."

I've been seeing Scott in small roles for years now, usually in very small roles in his father's films but I've liked that he has not used he fathers connections to land high profile roles right out of the gate, he's been taking his time and building a body of work and I like what I've seen him in so far. The kid has serious potential given his pedigree.

Scott Eastwood is Steve Trevor

According to Latino-Review, they've learned that Scott Eastwood will make a cameo appearance as Steve Trevor in Suicide Squad. In "The New 52", he's part of A.R.G.U.S. and plays a key role in helping Wonder Woman acclimate to her new surroundings. They also have a brief romance which obviously didn't end particularly well what with Diana now being in a relationship with Superman! Regardless, Eastwood playing must be playing the character here in order to set up a bigger role in Wonder Woman, and you have to wonder just how much of a part both A.R.G.U.S. and Amanda Waller will play in that and Justice League. The site adds that Raymond Olubowale will have a minor role as a member of Waller's security team and that he'll also be providing  motion capture in order to bring King Shark to life!

If you thought having the likes of The Joker, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and Steve Trevor in the same movie was already huge enough, think again! Another major casting addition has been made to Suicide Squad today with The Wrap reporting that Lost and Pompeii star Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje will play Killer Croc, a monstrous member of Batman's rogues gallery.

Had to look her up but remembered that she was also in The Flash this season. I had no idea she was a villain. Apparently she has a connection to ATOM as well. I wonder if we'll ever see her again on the show.

Probably not, on account of her coming down with a fatal case of being shot to death...

Rumor: Plot Details Revealed; Red Hood a Priority Character for DC

There’s a lot going on in Suicide Squad. We’ve got Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jared Leto as The Joker, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, but then there’s also a report that Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje has joined the cast as Killer Croc, Jackie Earle Haley is being considered for The Thinker and apparently Scott Eastwood and Raymond Olubowale are in the mix as well. Is there room for one more? Perhaps Jason Todd?

RT! #DC #RUMOR #BatmanvSupermanDawnofJustice Jason Todd's uniform is in a display case inside the Batcave! In fact, The Joker & Harley Quinn are estranged in SUICIDE SQUAD because she feels guilt over the death of Todd. I'm also told that the RED HOOD is now a priority character for DC. One more thing, John Wick directors Chad Stahelski & David Leith being courted to direct DC film! #dccu #dcmovie #batmanvsuperman #suicidesquad #skwad #dccomics #TheJoker #harleyquinn #jasontodd #redhood #ChadStahelski #DavidLeitch

For those of you who don’t know much about Jason Todd, a little Googling reveals that he was the second character to become Batman’s sidekick. He was killed off back in 1988, but the 2005 Under the Hood story arc brought him back as the antihero Red Hood.

Buried in that post, El Mayimbe notes, “I’m also told that the RED HOOD is now a priority character for DC,” so perhaps DC and Warner Bros. are looking to use Suicide Squad as a stepping stone towards a solo Red Hood movie. They’ve already got their hands pretty full with a 10-film slate, but why not add another? Plus, if Suicide Squad hits it big, there’s no doubt they’ll want to be ready to milk the villain/antihero angle for all its worth, especially considering Marvel hasn’t given that kind of film a shot (yet).

If John Wick directors Stahelski & Leith landed a Redhood movie, I'd expect it to be insanely bad ass. If they adapted Under the Red Hood to live action I'd be down for that.

Latino Review’s El Mayimbe is at it again, breaking some interesting news tonight via his Instagram account. According to the tipster, Joe Manganiello will not be playing the role of Deathstroke in Suicide Squad and instead, his True Blood co-star Jim Parrack will be stepping in, as the studio wanted someone younger. Furthermore, apparently the film has gained two additional cast members, as Ike Barinholtz will be taking on Dr. Hugo Strange while Adam Beach will be playing Ravan. While no official confirmation has been given by the studio, you can clearly see the three aforementioned actors in the recent cast photo that director David Ayer posted earlier tonight.

Warner wanted someone younger? GOD FUCKING DAMNIT!!!! Joe gets replaced by his way less talented TB co-star Hoyt??? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh fuck!!!!!!!! I hate Hoyt so god damned much.........FUCK!

Hugo Strange and Ravan are in? Cool, but where is Eastwood? Leto was on tour or getting his makeup done, same diff.

Ike Barinholtz is a really odd choice for Strange, I've never even seen him do dramatic work before. I know him from stuff like The League and Eastbound and Down but I think he's a regular on Mindy.

There is nothing intimidating or impressive about Jim Parrick, Deathstroke might as well be played by Jim Parsons. Guess now I see why Joe is doing the Pee-Wee movie, he got dropped from the Squad. Damn....

Cool! I gotta say, his performance and appearance is what I'm mostly excited about in this movie. The white face should be easy to figure out but the green isn't a good look, not dark enough but could be the picture. And then there is the suit....not even sure if he'll have one. Maybe he'll just wear a purple shirt and pants.

I think it's the lighting, He'll probably just be in an orange jumpsuit since he's a prisoner.

Common has just joined in a mystery role. I find this very interesting due to the fact that back in '07 or '08 whenever they were doing that original JL movie, Common had been cast as John Stewart. His name has come up again and again for this role ever since and I think it'd be awesome if he got the role. Though he could be someone else entirely like Bronze Tiger. Either way, his casting is yet another great addition to their world.

I have no idea what to even say to that. I really wish that hadn't been the first image we saw. I get the street punk look since that's the approach they took with Lex as well but I was hoping to see him in a suit in the first image, not just inked up with a ridiculous grill. I can't even imagine how trashy Harley is going to look, though I am all kinds of fine with that.

I like the look. Not a huge fan of the tattoo's but IMO it's the closest we've come to getting a Joker from the comics. A crazy fucked up dude. Didn't like Heath's Joker at all.

I like the way the fan art looks....minus a few things like the eye scar and hair. I don't know if that's how Leto's hair is though. Is it shaved on the sides? They need to make the red lips a little more like the fan art. That red is a little too much lipstick. His appearance is the only thing that's surprised me, I think he'll do great in his performance.

Not too excited about that Joker look - especially the tattoos. Hopefully his acting will be good enough to sway the people who dislike the look, too.

Ayer and Syder have a difference approach to the look of characters in their films, while I can't say I love that look at first glance or that I am totally sold on Leto, I have enough faith in these guys to deliver something great. We are more than a year away still so I can't really judge how Joker is going to look in action but I am looking forward to it.

Analyzing THE JOKER's New Look
1 - The Suicide Squad ($724,133,343) - Page 3 Cdzbue10
Potential Spoilers

Predictably, our first look at The Joker has been met with a mixed reaction. Some love the direction that Warner Bros. are going in for this new take on the iconic Batman villain with actor Jared Leto, while others hate that they're not getting a faithful take on their favourite member of the Caped Crusader's rogues gallery. It's worth bearing in mind that this is an imprisoned Joker and not one who is out in the world making life difficult for Batman, and when he is in that classic purple suit, he'll no doubt look a lot more like the classic Joker we all know and love! Let's take a closer look...

The Smile

Lacking the exaggerated smile from the comic books, Jared Leto's mouth is also extremely different to both the deformed version given to Jack Nicholson in Batman and the scars used for Heath Ledger's version in The Dark Knight. However, the thin lips will no doubt make it appear a little bigger, but it's definitely a normal enough mouth for the most part. However, by far the most interesting thing here are the teeth. All of his front chompers are metal, and if I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it's because they're crowns. Gold ones would have looked a bit silly, and it's believable that a prison or asylum would have only given him the most basic metal ones available regardless. The reason The Joker has them is no doubt because the Caped Crusader has knocked out or damaged them, quite literally ruining the Clown Prince of Crime's smile during their last encounter.

The Hair

It's green. 'Nuff said.

The Skin

He's pale. 'Nuff said.

The Tattoos

"Damaged" - There have been a lot of complaints from fans about this tattoo on The Joker's forhead, but it's no doubt an ironic statement being made by the villain. There are other markings on his face too, though all but the one on his cheek look more like scars than tattoos. They're probably fractures and lacerations from his fights with Batman. Remember, rumour has it that he's one of the few people in the DC Cinematic Universe to have ever met the Gotham City superhero.

"Hahaha" - It's interesting and also kind of random that The Joker is covered in tattoos featuring his trademark laughter, and the font looks very similar to that used in comics like The Killing Joke and Grant Morrison's Arkham Asylum. This seems a tad unnecessary, but is still a pretty cool visual.

"The Smiles" - These are pretty out there, and no doubt a nod to The Joker's classic smile. Don't be surprised to see the one on his left hand used to give the impression that he has that grin before revealing his actual messed up mouth. Perhaps he has them to remind himself of the smile he lost after Batman damaged it beyond repair? That would be my guess for their inclusion anyway!

"Harley Quinn" - This is unlikely, but could the skull with a jester's hat be some sort of deranged tip of the hat (no pun intended) to Harley Quinn? That piece of headwear is obviously closely associated with The Joker's sidekick after all, but perhaps it's just where she took inspiration from.

"The Robin" - That looks an awful lot like a robin on The Joker's right bicep and could be a trophy of sorts after he murdered Batman's sidekick years before. We've heard from a number of sources that Robin's costume will be on display in the Batcave, so who else but the Clown Prince of Crime could be responsible for killing the youngster? Don't forget that it's also been rumoured that The Joker killed Commissioner Gordon so maybe he gets a mention too.

The Rest - There's a large tattoo on The Joker's stomach which we're unable to read, not to mention one on the side. Could they reference Batman in some way? The cards meanwhile - which are an iconic piece of imagery when it comes to The Joker -  seem to say "All In" beneath them.

The Hands:

The Joker has a pinkie ring, but it's impossible to say what significance it has when we can't see the design. It's his right hand which is most interesting though as he's wearing a purple glove. Chances are that this could have just been given to Leto for this photo alone - which is definitely channelling The Killing Joke - but there might also be a story reason for his decision to wear it. What that might be at this point is anyone's guess...maybe Batman mangled it or it covers an unwanted tattoo?

That's a profile look at Joker through Ayer's camera. He tweeted it earlier.

WHAT?! I don't recognize Leto at all, not even a little. I see the white makeup and it looks like they changed the lips too to make it seem wider Joker-style. I will say...that looks like the creepiest Joker ever.

Affleck is on set, so at the very least Bruce will be in the movie but my money is on The Batman.

Best news of the day! I seriously didn't think he'd show up in this.
