Your Favorite Movies of 2020

We did something similar to this exactly one year ago but this time I'm asking only for your top movie releases of 2020.

You can have as many or as few as you'd like because I struggled to even make a top five and I imagine some of you might too. Even my top choices aren't likely to get a lot of repeated viewings. This was just not a good year for movies, though I still enjoyed a few.

2020 was basically a giant swing and a miss for me but in contrast to years past, I did try to give more new titles a chance. Thanks largely to the many offerings on streaming however they were mostly disappointments.

I found Freaky to be more token SJW bullshit like Spree. It was a massive disappointment for me.

Fantasy Island was silly and predictable but it's probably worth a watch if you catch it on streaming and don't have too many other options.

I'm the same. The only 2020 movies I can remember watching are:

- Extraction
- Spencer Confidential

Was definitely the year of the TV/mini series.

You were absolutely right. Kathryn was great but Vince really got fucked. This was not the role for him.

I went in expecting to love Freaky and then immediately realized that was not going to happen.

Vince started the movie as Jason Vorhees then turned into Rob Schneider in the Hot Chick.

Kathryn's best friends felt like every SJW trope in existence all rolled into two obnoxious characters.

And while Kathryn has grown up nicely, her taste in movie scripts continues to be shit.
