I made my list throughout the year so it only took a few minutes.

You guys don't need to post everything you saw, just what you enjoyed.

Thor: Love & Thunder is the only 2022 movie I watched during the year.

I started and attempted Uncharted three times but can't get past 30 minutes. It's a piece of shit.

I also started the South Park movie but wasn't in the right mood so I stopped after a couple minutes.

Once again, old movies, along with old and a few new TV, with a massive splash of YouTube dominated my viewing in 2022.

I will say that now that I'm out of the Blu-Ray buying game, my eagerness to search out new quality content has fallen drastically.

Having watched so many damn new movies because they're all on streaming services after a month now I confirm that you made the right choice. If you noticed the list of movies that I enjoyed versus the amount of movies viewed is staggeringly uneven.

Uncharted is a massive pile of shit and Tom Holland should not work outside of the MCU, he's not cut out for it.

I would still recommend The Batman to you though, I've watched it three times.

I stopped buying Blu's maybe five or six years back and I too lost a lot of interest in new titles especially once you realize how few are even worth owning. I'm still growing my Vudu collection but mainly older movies in UHD and typically just the Director's Cuts or Extended Editions.

I've been watching a lot of old movies lately primarily from the 50's - 80's and mostly starring Robert Mitchum, Clint Eastwood, Sylvester Stallone, Harvey Keitel or Lee Marvin. I rarely feel like I'm making a bad choice there.

So I just watched Top Gun: Maverick and can add it to my list. Pretty good flick. Would have been great in a cinema.

I think I'll make it an effort to watch one new movie per week. The Batman and Prey will be next on my list. Can't think of much else I really want to see outside of those and South Park.

Forgot to add Dog to the list. Watched it a couple months back and enjoyed it. So that makes three 2022 movies down for me, and I enjoyed them all.

Do you understand my Maverick/Star Wars comparison now?

Watching a new movie every week is pretty much exactly what I did with only skipping a few weeks here and there.

Most new releases are dropping on Peacock, Hulu or Paramount+ within a month or two of them debuting in theaters so I don't even have to seek them out, they just keep showing up.

I really enjoyed The Batman and was hyped after my first Prey viewing but I never did get around to watching it again and every time I think about it I just don't. It's the damnedest thing.

I've been down the river since the 9th and best the internet would let me do is about 1/2 of The Batman, which I was surprisingly enjoying until my connection shit itself.

I'm back now for a bit so I should get a couple in over the next few days.

Take as much time as you need on the list, it's not like they're making any more 2022 titles.
