I kept waiting for this update, I'd just looked a few days back and all articles said that Allison had taken leadership of the DOS following Raniere's arrest so I figured they were waiting.
Former 'Smallville' Actress Allison Mack Arrested For Alleged Role in Abusive Sex Cult
12:25 PM PT -- Mack has been indicted on sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy and conspiracy to commit forced labor charges. According to the legal docs ... Mack recruited and persuaded young women to join a secret organization called "DOS" or the "Vow" under the guise of a women's empowerment group.
Mack allegedly forced women into sex slavery and took "collateral" from them in the form of compromising photos and recorded confessions of past crimes in order to blackmail them into staying in DOS for life.
According to the docs ... Mack directed the women to have sex with Raniere and required them to remain celibate, not masturbate and grow out their pubic hair to please Raniere. Mack also allegedly made the DOS slaves participate in "readiness" drills, which required them to respond to their masters anytime -- day or night.
The women were allegedly sleep-deprived and starved to the point of their menstrual cycles stopping. All of this is believed to have gone down between February 2016 and June 2017.
Brooklyn federal prosecutors are recommending Mack's bail be extremely high, because they believe she's a flight risk with considerable ties in Mexico.
If convicted, Mack faces between 15 years and life in prison.
Allison Mack -- best known for playing Chloe Sullivan on "Smallville" -- has been arrested for her connection to the case involving the alleged leader of a sex cult called Nxivm.
The actress was arrested by the FBI, according to NYC law enforcement sources, and is due to appear in federal court in Brooklyn Friday. It's unclear what charges she is facing so far.
As we reported ... Mack was on the scene last month in Mexico when cops took Keith Raniere into custody in Puerto Vallarta, where he fled last year. He co-founded a purported self-help group called Nxivm ... which authorities now believe is a cult that forces women into sex slavery -- after they're branded with his and Mack's initials.
Mack is believed to be second in command to Raniere, who was extradited to the U.S. to face charges for sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit forced labor.
Re: The Predators Thread
I hadn't actually heard about the women believing they were joining a female empowerment group before being blackmailed into sexual slavery, that's even more devious than I'd originally thought.

Allison Mack is in negotiations for a plea deal.
http://people.com/crime/allison-mack-plea-deal-sex-cult-nxivm-arrest/
Clearly, she is guilty or she wouldn't be doing this shit. They better give her time in prison. She faces up to 15 years to life so they should make it a decent amount of time. What she did was fucked up beyond words and deserves zero forgiveness.
My guess is the deal will include her rolling on Keith Raniere.
Regardless, I really hope they lock her up for a long time. She deserves all of this. And bye bye to her acting career.

'Smallville' star released on $5 million bond, working on plea deal in alleged sex-cult case
Allison Mack will be released on $5 million bond stemming from sex-trafficking charges, Yahoo Entertainment confirms. She will serve home detention with electronic monitoring until her next court date.
The Smallville star was in federal court in Brooklyn on Tuesday where Mack’s mother, Melinda Mack, put up her home in Los Alamitos, Calif. as collateral, in addition to property and a bank account owned by Allison Mack. According to Variety, Allison Mack will live with her parents during home detention.
Last week, both Mack and Keith Raniere were charged with sex trafficking, sex-trafficking conspiracy, and forced-labor conspiracy due to their involvement in an alleged sex cult. The 35-year-old actress allegedly recruited women as sex slaves for a secret “sorority,” called DOS, within the self-help group, NXIVM. Raniere, the founder of NXIVM (pronounced “Nex-e-um”) and alleged cult leader, was arrested last month.
A lawyer for Mack entered a “not guilty” plea following her arrest on Friday. If convicted on all charges, Mack could face up to 15 years in prison. It’s believed that she is working on a plea deal with federal prosecutors.

For real, man. I really hope this plea deal includes a lengthy prison sentence. One can only hope.
She's due back in court on May 3rd and is staying in her mom's lush California pad until then.

Bill Cosby Found Guilty On All Counts In Sexual Assault Retrial
After years of sexual assault accusations, Bill Cosby is now a convicted felon.
A Montgomery County jury of seven men and five women returned guilty verdicts today on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for Cosby’s January 2004 sexual assault of Andrea Constand. Constand, a former Temple University employee, lost consciousness after Cosby gave her three blue pills and a sip of wine. She came to with Cosby digitally penetrating and groping her and forcing her hand on his penis.
The jurors spent nearly 15 hours over two days deciding the verdict.
Victims of Cosby sitting in the Norristown, PA, courtroom shrieked and cried in delight after the first verdict was announced. The comic sat forward on the edge of his chair, showing little emotion.
Judge Steven O’Neill didn’t announce a date for sentencing, but state law requires it within 100 days of a conviction. Cosby, 80, could face up to 30 years in prison, a stiff fall from grace for the pioneering actor who’s amassed tens of millions of dollars over his career and became known as “America’s Dad” renowned for his wholesomeness and wisdom after starring in the landmark The Cosby Show.
Cosby originally had escaped guilt during a trial last year after the jury was deadlocked over five days of deliberations. His attorneys also had pursued more than a dozen court hearings and numerous attempts to get the charges dropped since he was first charged on December 30, 2015.
Despite more than 50 women coming forward with sexual assault claims against Cosby, the alleged assault of Constand has been the only one contested in court. With the statute of limitations having expired for the rest of them, the fate of Cosby rested solely in the hands of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
Its prosecution was buoyed this time around by O’Neill allowing five other accusers to testify. Last year, just one other accuser could take the stand. Cosby’s lawyers had motioned to prevent the other accusers from testifying, fearing a #MeToo atmosphere would take over the courtroom. The attempt was to no avail.
Janice Dickinson, Heidi Thomas, Janice Baker-Kinney, Lise-Lotte Lublin and Chelan Lasha provided testimony that they were drugged by Cosby with wine or pills, matching Constand’s story. All of the women except for Lublin said they were sexually assaulted by him. The prosecution called it Cosby’s “signature plan.” At times, they rebuked strong questioning from the defense, such as when attorney Kathleen Bliss asked Thomas whether she was testifying to help Constand.
“I want to see a serial rapist convicted,” Thomas said.
Unlike last year, when Cosby’s previous attorneys attempted to cast the Cosby-Constand relationship as romantic, they categorized her this time around as a gold-digger, pointing to the $3.4 million settlement she received from Cosby. The strategy was apparent from lawyer Tom Mesreau’s opening statement, when he said, “Does it sound like Mr. Cosby betrayed her or that she betrayed him and tried to milk him for over $3 million?”
Barbara Ashcroft, a Temple University law professor and former prosecutor in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, said the defense may have gone too strong in this direction. The idea may have backfired because it set up a burden the defense needed to meet — and didn’t.
“When you put out that kind of defense the jurors are looking for that throughout the trial,” said Ashcroft, who also advises the Department of the Navy on sexual assault cases. “If that’s your narrative, you better come through.”
The prosecution addressed the gold-digger accusations head on. District Attorney Kevin Steele pre-empted the defense by mentioning the settlement amount in his opening statement. Assistant district attorney Kristen Feden began her questioning of Constand by asking her why she was in the courtroom.
“For justice,” Constand said.
Re: The Predators Thread
Just read about this. Cosby is 80 years old and, of course, will not survive his prison sentence if he's sentenced to more than ten years.
He got away with a lot of abuse for the last 50 years or whatever and was able to enjoy his life and all his fame and fortune.
Not much justice if you ask me.
I actually have no interest in Bill Cosby or Weinstein. I'm a whole lot more interested in Allison Mack. Very interested to see where the situation goes with her and Keith Raniere.

Prison isn't justice, I'm a firm believer in frontier justice and that is exactly what that psychopathic piece of shit Cosby deserves.
The Allison cult story is by far the most insane one of all of them. Every time I read another article about it, there's always another detail that twists it even more. I read one yesterday about a gorgeous model/royalty that Allison kept as her personal slave, her name is India Oxenberg, look up her family....
Re: The Predators Thread
Ooooh yea I heard about India Oxenberg but I didn't know she was Allison's slave. Sex slave? Did they have sex?

I read that one yesterday too.
It seems every one of the women handed over nude photos or write something incriminating they wouldn't want ever getting out as part of their early rituals and then had those materials threatened to be released if they didn't hand over even more incriminating evidence against themselves and comply as the slaves and it kept going on and on. I read that they were so sleep deprived and restrained to the point these women in their teens and twenties stopped menstruating. I mean....I can't even comprehend this stuff and I always thought I was crazy.......

Mack and her ilk are nothing but sex predators.
I have absolutely no problems with the domination slave dynamic IF the women are completely willing participants and we're talking a few hours of her total enjoyment before returning to a regular life but this group took it to imprisonment, abuse, branding, blackmail, sexual extortion and all other means of physical terrorism they felt like enacting on those poor women under a complete and total fabrication to lure them into sex trafficking. It's like those Fifty Shades of Abuse films are based on the guidelines of these people.

‘Cults & Extreme Belief’: A&E Investigates To Focus On NXIVM In Series Premiere
A&E Investigates will look at the so-called self help group NXIVM in the series premiere of Cults and Extreme Belief, hosted by Elizabeth Vargas. The organization has been making headlines in recent weeks with the arrest of its leader Keith Raniere and one of his top lieutenants, Smallville actress Allison Mack, on charges of sex trafficking and other crimes. The group has been called by prosecutors a sex cult that has been keeping women as “slaves,” and branding them with Raniere’s initials.
In the premiere, former members share their experiences of manipulation and sexual violation, including Canadian actress Sarah Edmondson (Psych, Edgemont) who sits down with Vargas to share new details of her ordeal inside the organization.
Additional organizations that will be explored in season 1 include Twelve Tribes, Sanctuary Church, United Nation of Islam, Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Jehovah’s Witness and The Family.
Cults and Extreme Belief kicks off with a two-night premiere on Monday, May 28 and Tuesday May 29 at 10 PM on A&E.

Re: The Predators Thread
Allison Mack Claims Credit for Branding Women in NXIVM ‘Sex Cult’
Allison Mack, the former “Smallville” star arrested last month on sex trafficking charges for her role as a leader of the NXIVM organization that authorities have called a “sex cult,” said that she came up with the idea of physically branding the women in the group.
“I was like: ‘Y’all, a tattoo? People get drunk and tattooed on their ankle ‘BFF,’ or a tramp stamp,” Mack told the New York Times Magazine in a story published late Wednesday. “I have two tattoos and they mean nothing.'”
Times writer Vanessa Grigoriadis also reported that not all of the women who received the cauterized brand were told that the symbol contained the initials of both NXIVM founder Keith Raniere and Mack herself.
Mack, who is free on $5 million bail until a trial scheduled for October, said in the interviews — conducted months before her arrest — that the group used painful practices as a motivational technique.
“I found my spine, and I just kept solidifying my spine every time I would do something hard,” Mack said. She said NXIVM focused on “women coming together and pledging to one another a full-time commitment to become our most powerful and embodied selves by pushing on our greatest fears, by exposing our greatest vulnerabilities, by knowing that we would stand with each other no matter what, by holding our word, by overcoming pain.”
Mack is accused of recruiting women into the organization, and of “directly or implicitly” requiring these women to have sex with NXIVM founder Keith Raniere, according to U.S. Attorney Richard P. Donoghue.
Mack has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, and if convicted, she faces 15 years to life in prison.
In March, Raniere was arrested in Mexico, where he fled after the publication last fall of a New York Times report about NXIVM practices like branding women. Federal authorities say Raniere and Mack created a secret society within NXIVM in 2015 called “DOS,” which “operated with levels of women ‘slaves’ headed by ‘masters,'” and that some of the DOS slaves became masters who “directly or implicitly required the slaves to have sex with Raniere.”
Raniere has since been charged with sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy and conspiracy to commit forced labor.
Mack starred on “Smallville” from 2000 to 20011, playing a young Superman’s best friend.

Weinstein Indicted on Charges of Rape, Sex Crimes
Harvey Weinstein has been indicted on charges of rape in the first and third degrees, as well as on charges of criminal sexual act in the first degree.
“A Grand Jury has voted to indict Harvey Weinstein on charges of Rape in the First and Third Degrees, and Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree,” the office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., announced Wednesday.
“This indictment brings the defendant another step closer to accountability for the crimes of violence with which he is now charged,” added the statement. “Our office will try this case not in the press, but in the courtroom where it belongs. The defendant’s recent assault on the integrity of the survivors and the legal process is predictable. We are confident that when the jury hears the evidence, it will reject these attacks out of hand.”
In response, Weinstein’s attorney Ben Brafman said in a statement, “The announcement of Mr. Weinstein’s Indictment, does not come as a surprise… Mr. Weinstein intends to enter a plea of Not Guilty and vigorously defend against these unsupported allegations that he strongly denies. We will soon formally move to dismiss the indictment and if this case actually proceeds to trial, we expect Mr. Weinstein to be acquitted.”
Weinstein was arrested on Friday in New York City on three felony charges of rape and criminal sex act stemming from a months-long investigation by the NYPD into accusations by multiple women.
Though the Hollywood mogul has been accused of misconduct by more than 80 women, the criminal charges by New York prosecutors stem from the accusations of two women. The first-degree criminal sex act charge comes from a case involving aspiring actress Lucia Evans in 2004.
The two rape charges stem from an unidentified accuser who accused Weinstein of keeping her against her will in a room at the DoubleTree Metropolitan hotel in midtown Manhattan in 2013. According to the complaint, Weinstein “engaged in sexual intercourse with informant by forcible compulsion, to wit, defendant penetrated informant’s vagina with his penis and, at the time of the incident informant had clearly expressed her lack of consent to the act.”
Weinstein entered a not guilty plea. He also faces several lawsuits, including a class-action RICO suit filed by several of his accusers and a separate one filed by actress Ashley Judd, who accused him of sabotaging her career.
Weinstein, 66, surrendered to authorities at Manhattan’s first precinct in Tribeca, just blocks away from the offices of his former film and TV empire, The Weinstein Company (and before that, Miramax) which he had founded and run with brother, Bob Weinstein. The company filed for bankruptcy in March, and was acquired by Lantern Capital earlier this month for $310 million.
He was fired by TWC’s board just days after the New York Times first reported accusations of misconduct over decades — and was subsequently expelled from the academies that sponsor the Oscars, Emmys and BAFTA Awards as well as the Producers Guild of America.

Sexy Cosplayer and model, Chloe Dykstra is coming for her obnoxious tv host and famous nerd ex Chris Hardwicke with allegations of abuse.
The Nerdist has already scrubbed their entire site of him and he was their CEO and beloved founder, so clearly they aren't taking any chances or they immediately knew what she said was true because they all know him so well.
Chloe also claims to have video and audio to substantiate her abuse claims, so this could get very bad for him very quickly.
Looks like his shiny empire is about to fall and Hardwicke's Seacrestian reign is finally over.

I knew Chloe from the short lived SyFy series Heroes of Cosplay which followed very hot women who make cosplay outfits and travel to conventions lookin fuckin hot and getting paid for it. Chloe always seemed like a real sweetheart while Hardwicke never stops smiling and laughing like a lunatic, it's like The Joker was his hero when he was growing up. He hosts all of those damned AMC after show specials and his cunt face is always on billboards and commercials and he hosts major panels for Comic-Con and every other nerd convention there is so his fall will be massive.
He never seemed right but I don't trust anybody and I always say that everybody in Hollywood is a predator so I'm not shocked by this.

Hardwick Pulled From AMC Show, San Diego Comic-Con
AMC has pulled Chris Hardwick's talk show after an allegation of sexual assault from his ex-girlfriend Chloe Dykstra.

While we assess the situation, Talking with Chris Hardwick will not air on AMC, and Chris has decided to step aside from moderating planned AMC and BBC America panels at Comic-Con International in San Diego next month.”
Talking with Chris Hardwick was set to return on Sunday.
Re: The Predators Thread
An eagle-eyed neighbor helped crack the bizarre case of a former NFL star now accused in a slew of attacks on women.
It was just after 2:30 p.m. on June 7 when the Encinitas, Calif., resident spotted him: a muscled, hulking, 6-foot-4 stranger emerging from her 86-year-old neighbor’s mobile home.
He had no shirt on. And no reason to be there, she found when she confronted him.
“ ‘I’m just looking for my dog,’ ” she recalled him saying.
“I go, ‘What dog?’ and he said, ‘A red dog, Clifford.’ And I went, ‘There’s no dog here.’ ”
He hopped in a black SUV and left, but the woman called cops, who soon arrested a man near the trailer park on a burglary charge, according to a report.
It was Kellen Winslow Jr., once the highest paid tight end in the league and the son of San Diego Chargers Hall of Famer Kellen Winslow Sr.
Winslow, whose publicist downplayed the arrest, posted bail the next day and was released. But prosecutors say the incident was a critical clue for authorities who a week later charged Winslow Jr. over a string of sexual attacks from March to May 2018 on women in Encinitas., where he lives.
Winslow stands accused of targeting five women, ages 54 to 86, in charges including forcible sodomy, rape and kidnapping. If convicted, he could end up behind bars for the rest of his life.
His lawyer denied the allegations to The Post on Saturday.
“Of course not,” Brian Watkins said when asked if the charges were true. “He didn’t do these things.”
In two of the cases, police say, Winslow allegedly found his victims as they hitchhiked.
He drove the women to remote locations, where he raped them, according to police.
The first victim, age 54, was attacked on March 17.
Winslow Jr. “told her if she screamed, he would murder her,” San Diego County Deputy District Attorney Dan Owens told the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Another victim, 59, was sodomized, authorities said.
In a third incident, Winslow is accused of exposing himself to a 55-year-old woman gardening in her front yard. He was charged with burglary with intent to rape of both a 71-year-old woman and the 86-year-old in the Park Encinitas trailer park.
Winslow’s family is standing by him.
“On behalf of our son and my husband, we want to reiterate our love, support and affection for him during this difficult process,” his wife, Janelle, and father, Winslow Sr., said.
Winslow was drafted in 2004 and played 10 seasons in the NFL. He had a short stint with the New York Jets in 2013.

Last I read Allison was pretty much spouting off insane propaganda in the court rooms every chance she gets about how the branding was her idea and it was all about love and she just sounds like a highly disturbed psychopath who's willing to take the fall so that her beloved slave master will get a lesser sentence.
One thing is very clear to me though, Allison Mack is crazy in a legitimate "ladies and gentleman, we the jury find the defendant insane" kind of a way. Bitch is cuckoo for cocoa puffs....

Weinstein Faces Life In Prison From New Sex Crime Charges By NYC D.A. From 3rd Victim
Already facing rape and criminal sex act charges and a potential 25-years behind bars, Harvey Weinstein today was hit with even heavier legal weight from the Manhattan D.A. – that could see him in jail for life.
“A Manhattan Grand Jury has now indicted Harvey Weinstein on some of the most serious sexual offenses that exist under New York’s Penal Law,” said District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. today. “This indictment is the result of the extraordinary courage exhibited by the survivors who have come forward. Our investigation continues. If you are a survivor of the predatory abuse with which Mr. Weinstein is charged, there is still time to pursue justice. Please call us at 212-335-9373.”
Today’s announcement marks an additional count of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree for a forcible sexual act against a third woman that allegedly occurred in 2006. Joining the two women identified in the previous indictment in late May, the new indictment also includes two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault.
The class A-11 felony predatory charge looms with a potential life or at least 10-25 years in prison for the disgraced producer.
The new criminal sex act charge could result in an additional decade in prison for the Oscar winning Weinstein if found guilty. Weinstein plead not guilty to the previous grand jury indictment back on June 5 and is expected to do so in this latest move by the once strongly criticized Vance’s office.
With no new court date set today, the out on $1 million and limited movement Weinstein is still scheduled to make his next appearance before an NYC judge in September.
In addition to being investigated by federal prosecutors, the Manhattan D.A. and the NYPD, allegations against Weinstein have been reviewed by the LAPD, which sent a trio of cases to the L.A. County D.A. on February 8. As UK police continue their investigation, the Beverly Hills Police passed two cases of sexual assault that they say occurred in their jurisdiction to Jackie Lacey’s office on January 2.
There are also nearly a dozen lawsuits filed in the courts against Weinstein from some of the 80 women who have gone public with allegations of sexual assault and more by the Oscar winning producer.

Les Moonves Out at CBS Following Multiple Sexual Assault Allegations
Les Moonves is officially out at CBS: The network head has stepped down after 15 years as chairman and CEO at the Eye network, following serious sexual assault allegations leveled against him, CBS announced on Sunday evening.
Moonves’ departure as CEO and chairman of CBS is effective immediately. Chief Operating Officer Joseph Ianniello will serve as President and Acting CEO while the CBS Board searches for a permanent successor.
In addition, CBS will donate $20 million of Moonves’ potential severance to one or more organizations that support the #MeToo movement and gender equality in the workplace.
The allegations against Moonves first came to light in a New Yorker story by Ronan Farrow, in which six women — including actress Ileana Douglas — accused Moonves of touching and kissing them without their consent. Several of the women said they believe that refusing Moonves’ advances hurt their careers in Hollywood. Moonves responded with a statement admitting that he “may have made some women uncomfortable” throughout his career, but insisting that he “never misused [his] position” at CBS.
A second wave of allegations were reported by Farrow in a follow-up story first published on Sunday. That piece included six additional incidents that allegedly took place between the 1980s and 2000s. Among them were accusations made by veteran television executive Phyllis Golden-Gottlieb — who accused Moonves of physically restraining her, forcing her to perform oral sex on him, exposing himself to her and throwing her up against a wall — and Moonves’ former assistant Jessica Pallingston, who alleged that she, too, was coerced into performing oral sex, and became verbally abusive when she denied subsequent advances.
Moonves worked as an executive for CBS for more than two decades, joining the network in 1995 as president of CBS Entertainment. He was promoted to chairman and CEO of CBS in 2003, overseeing an era where the Eye network was TV’s most-watched network for an incredible 15 years. (NBC finally edged out CBS in total viewers last year.) He’s married to Julie Chen, who hosts Big Brother and The Talk for CBS; Chen issued a statement of support for her husband shortly after the allegations began to make headlines.

Les Moonves Personally Oversaw Eliza Dushku’s $9.5M Settlement For ‘Bull’ Harassment Claims
EXCLUSIVE: As accusations of sexual harassment and sexual assault by Harvey Weinstein and others began flooding Hollywood early this year, CBS’ then-CEO Les Moonves stepped in to settle claims against one of the network’s biggest stars.
Moonves was deeply and directly involved in the $9.5 million payout that CBS forked over to Eliza Dushku in January after the actor accused Bull lead Michael Weatherly of sexual harassment on the first season of the CBS drama, we’ve learned. Additionally, the confidential payment was sneaked into Bull’s production budget in an effort apparently motivated to avoid the sum popping up on the company’s books, sources say.
The confidential agreement was struck while CBS was engaging in ultimately unsuccessful talks of a potential merger with Viacom. The settlement and its machinations were not known to then-COO Joe Ianniello, who became acting CEO after Moonves resigned in September after a dozen women accused him of sexual aggression.
“Moonves was intimately involved in the Bull situation, as he was in almost all settlement talks and deals at CBS,” according to a person with knowledge of the situation. “The guy micromanaged this kind of stuff,” the source added of the Dushku settlement.
Coming off a series of revelations about Moonves’ behavior, cover-ups and the culture at CBS, news of the settlement was first revealed by the New York Times on Thursday from a leaked copy of an investigation by law firms Covington & Burling and Debevoise & Plimpton.
Neither CBS nor Bull producers Amblin Television responded to a request for comment from Deadline on Moonves’ role in the Dushku settlement.
Representatives for Moonves also did not respond to requests for comment from Deadline.
Tellingly, the Bull deal also came just over four months before CBS went to legal war in May with the Redstone family holding company National Amusements over the future of the media company and corporate control. That was a battle that Moonves lost to nemesis Shari Redstone as his personal situation became the spotlighted focus of CBS at the highest level and saw him ejected on September 9.
With a series of executive and board exits and a top tier reorganization in recent weeks, the CBS directors are expected to meet before the holidays during which the fate of Moonves’ increasingly unlikely $120 million severance payment looks to be on the agenda. Back on December 6, Ianniello told staffers in a memo that the investigation into Moonves and more, which can run until January 31, was “nearing an end.”
Though Dushku believed she was going to become a series regular on Bull after an initial three-episode appearance at the end of the September 20, 2016 debut Season 1, that deal changed as producer Glen Gordon Caron prepared to take over as showrunner for Season 2.
Dushku complained about ex-NCIS star and long-time CBS staple Weatherly, who made remarks about her appearance, made a rape joke, and commented about a threesome to the Dollhouse alum. As her complaints about Weatherly moved up the corporate food chain in early 2017, Bull producers decided Dushku would be better-suited as a recurring character in the immediate future seasons and not a better-paid regular.
The actor declined that far less lucrative scenario and was soon written out of Bull altogether. That led to the retaliation complaint and that $9.5 million settlement that was designed to provide the financial equivalent of around five seasons on the show.
Now, it’s Moonves’ own $120 million settlement that hangs in the balance.

A 48-year-old actor who portrayed the grandfather of a middle school girl in a popular Disney Channel series was arrested Thursday for attempting to lure a minor in for sex.
Stoney Westmoreland, who stars in Andi Mack, began communicating with the 13-year-old he matched with on a dating app commonly used for arranging hookups, according to a police affidavit.
The affidavit states that the middle-aged man requested naked photos from the teen.
He also sent the victim pornographic images in return.
Westmoreland later attempted to meet the victim for sex through a ride-sharing app he used to order the victim a car.
That's when he was taken into custody by the Salt Lake City Police Department and FBI Child Exploitation Task Force.
He has been charged with four counts of dealing in materials harmful to a minor and one count of enticing a minor by internet or text.
Further investigation is currently underway.
Westmoreland has also starred in the TV series Scandal, NCIS: Los Angeles, Weeds and Gilmore Girls, to name a few.
The American comedy series, Andi Mack, first aired on the Disney Channel in April 2017 and is currently still running.
The series, which has positive viewer ratings on IMDb and Google, takes viewers into the everyday life and drama of 13-year-old Mack, played by Peyton Elizabeth Lee.
Disney cable network announced late Friday that Westmoreland has been fired.
'Given the nature of the charges and our responsibility for the welfare of employed minors, we have released him from his recurring role and he will not be returning to work on the series which wraps production on its third season next week,' a representative said.

Disney will probably bring him back in a few years as a producer.

Allison plead not guilty to all charges earlier this week and the trial begins January 7th.
