James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe star in a dynamic and thrilling twist on a legendary tale. Radical scientist Victor Frankenstein (McAvoy) and his equally brilliant protégé Igor Strausman (Radcliffe) share a noble vision of aiding humanity through their groundbreaking research into immortality. But Victor’s experiments go too far, and his obsession has horrifying consequences. Only Igor can bring his friend back from the brink of madness and save him from his monstrous creation.

McAvoy really likes to take on interesting work when he's not playing Professor X.

I've still never seen a single Harry Potter film but I enjoyed Radcliffe's work in What If and Kill Your Darlings, both very different projects from each other. I have yet to see Woman in Black or Horns but I've heard good things. Radcliffe seems to be taking the same approach as McAvoy in the scope of the projects they both choose make sure they're not being typecast which for Radcliffe I'm sure has been the hardest.

I saw them talking about this at Comic Con and I didn't know what to expect. It looks great, both very talented actors so definitely going to check this out.

Radcliffe was smart, he began taking on projects that were far removed from HP in the mid 2000's.

Notably his stage work, Equus and How to Suceed in Business Without Really Trying. So I'm not suprised at how seamless the transition was, once the HP Franchise ended.
